SUMMARY:Precinct Caucus Training - DFL Senate District 55
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to participate in Precinct Caucus and Convention Training on Saturday January 10\, 2026 from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm taking place in person at the Urban Latino Event Center\, 3997 West 143 Street\, Savage\, MN. \nDFL Senate District 55 will present Precinct Caucus and Convention training and discuss the importance of attending your Precinct Caucus\, held on Tuesday February 3\, 2026. The training location is accessible and provides plenty of parking. It is located behind the Subway Restaurant on County Road 42 in Savage. \nThe training will provide information to help prepare you for the biennial Precinct Caucus\, where you will meet other DFLers in Burnsville and Savage and candidates running for elected office in Minnesota and the U.S. Congress. At the caucus you will hear and vote on issues that may ultimately become resolutions to the State DFL Platform\, elect new Precinct leadership\, and may become a Delegate to the upcoming DFL SD55 Convention where decisions regarding our future will be made. \n\nA light lunch break will be provided by the Senate District (or you may bring your own special needs food).\nThere are no fees or costs to attend this training.\nThere will be no child care provided.\n\nWe ask for your RSVP as soon as you can so we can properly prepare for your attendance. Please come and enjoy the time with DFL friends and neighbors while learning what Precinct Caucuses are all about.
