Burnsville DFL – Meet the Candidates!

Join DFL candidates from Senate District 55 and Senate District 52 and Burnsville City Council candidates with a Letter of Support this Sunday, September 27th, 2026 for a grill-out! You’ll have a chance to talk to your candidates, play some yard games, eat some good food, and enjoy the afternoon!
The picnic will take place from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. at at 2710 Hwy 13 East in Burnsville. The candidates there will include:
- Lindsey Port – SD55 Senator
- Jess Hanson – SD55A Representative
- Hunter Cantrell – SD55B Representative
- Liz Reyer – SD52 Senator
- Christos Jensen – SD52A Representative
- Chris John – Burnsville City Council
- Cati Gómez – Burnsville City Council
